• NEPA Strategies and Analyses – National Environmental Policy Act compliance is both a challenge and an opportunity to get good work done on the ground. I can help you navigate the many recent changes to NEPA policy and practice, including the use of newly expanded categorical exclusions to meet timeline and page limits.

• Post-Fire Recovery Project Support – As wildfires burn more acres every year in the western US, the demand for post-fire recovery on state and federal lands is exponentially increasing. I spent 12 years on the National Interagency Burned Area Emergency Response (BAER) Team and served as a BAER implementation Leader managing the many contracts and agreements to help stabilize and eventually restore burned landscapes. I can help you plan, organize, and execute your post-fire assessments, treatment prescriptions, and treatment effectiveness monitoring.
